For my photo shoot I chose a girl who usually dresses similarly to a famous singer who is already in an indie band. She wore shorts with blue tights, a check black and white coat, red and white check scarf, and black top with red coloured detail. In the original photo shoot, we used a see through umbrella, childs tiara and white sunglasses as props, though I am thinking of doing another photo shoot for the images within the article inside using props such as drum sticks, vinyl records and headphones - images that relate to the music world. 
Some of the problems we had were that the images were too dark, though this was altered in photoshop. The photographs were taken in a studio with a white background and white floor. This way it would be easy to extract the image of the model if I decided to use a different background found from another source.
