For the role of the 'princess' fairytale figure, we chose to use a blonde teenage girl to match the stereotype. For the scenes when the lyrics say 'everyday we start a fighting' and 'every night we fell in love' this character is wearing casual clothes for the reality of the situation. This costume is shown below and consists of jeans and a casual shirt.
These are the two cast members for the roles of the older characters. The main character and the singer is on the right of the image. We chose this person due to the fact that he looks like a young adult, therefore the lyrics would make sense and the audience can relate to him. We chose these clothes for his costume as they are grey and black which represents his angst and upset. For the female's costume we wanted to make her look sureal and almost princess like therefore we decided on a white/cream flowing dress, tiara and her hair to be down and wavy.
