Poster- Complete alteration of idea

Despite creating the original poster, we felt there was a tangent we hadn't quite explored in reference to the Yearbook. We pictured an actual open book in which we could feature the polaroids and text reqired in conventional film posters: Title, casting, tagline, website often feautured in modern projects, Reviews and quotes.
Our initial draft of the poster seemed too prosthetic, the angle was askew and made the book-a seperate pixelated image- seem imposed. This gave the poster an unprofessional look and we decided taking our own photographs of a sketchbook would be an ideal image and eliminate the image and focus problems we were having. These are some of the photos taken, we used pens, a file and gluestick to compliment the artistic and boost the creative element to working on a Yearbook.
