For the next step of the print we began to add more text to the piece. This writing is a quotation from the song and is a recognisable chorus for fans of the artist. We believe this works particularly well because it allows the audience to further understand the emotion of the song.
When considering how our piece will fit together, we decided to look at more existing examples to decide how the compositional elements of the photographs would be most effective. We found an example that was similar to ours in the fact that it has the lyrics going across the centre of the page - This is by "The Kooks"
This example has used a large amount of images to further emphasise the artist and to allow the auidience to feel closer to the artist. We will try to follow a similar theme within our own work and this is presented in the next screen grab.
