When designing the fairy tale book to use as a prop, we looked at styles of text for inspiration. As we used the text "Fairy Tales" on the front cover. We decided to use an old english style shown here as the second from the bottom on the list. We felt it went with our theme well and made it look more realistic. We burned and dyed the paper a light brown, as well as the edges of the pages inside to make it appear old and traditional. To continue this theme we used gold poweder to create the golden letters. We also printed stills from our filming to put into the book and wrote in it to make it appear more realistic.
