I will be creating a music magazine front cover, contents page and a double spread article. Working on my own, I will base my music magazine on the Top of the Pops magazine, aiming it at girls aged 9-13. I have been looking at past magazines and all of the front covers have very busy layouts to attract the audience so I am going to use this technique. Also I have noticed that the main picture is usually of famous males to attract the girls or females to try and inspire them. I am going to take some photographs of both a male and female group and then descide which one works best. I am also planning to create questionnaires and hand them out to my target audience to see from the feedback which features they enjoy.
